You can download this two files to enable SLI on Asus P5Q Pro Turbo motherboard. This two files first SLI String Installer  and the second one nvlddmkm.sys  is quiet neccessary. The string installer is a setup program which works with the latest driver only. The other file nvlddmkm.sys is the driver file to enable SLI. You can try the same on a different motherboard also. Remember that this are not official driver files which are generated by the GPU company. They supports Windows 7 32 bit and before that do not forget to get the latest driver updates from Nvidia site.
